I have developed this site as means to help business owners achieve strategic goals for their businesses. On this site I will explain various experiences and give tips provided by the Project Management Institute that really make a difference in various project based decisions. Let’s be clear about this first: almost every new business initiative is a project. It has a scope, a budget, and a schedule. If you haven’t planned for all of these things, the likelihood of failure is high.
I have worked in many industries with various projects and have felt the small voice in my head scream, “You’re doing it wrong!” Sometimes company executives need direction of how to make a strategy work better by using project management. I am here to help you with that.
Whether you need project management consulting, or a start to finish project manager; I am here for you. Check out the blog page for some of the most trending projects and the various experiences I have had; both with small business entrepreneurs and large corporations. I have learned so much from my experiences; but the most important thing to know is when it will epically fail. Then mitigate the risk(s) that prove to be the common denominator. Sometimes the project can get back on the baseline, sometime it cannot. Either way we’ll get it all figured out.
